RE:GENESIS: RESCUED AND REMEMBERED (GENESIS 8:1-22)

After judgment has done its work, grace begins to write a new story. In Genesis 8, God remembers Noah, renews His world, and restores His purpose. The same Spirit who hovered over the waters in creation now brings order out of chaos once more. Noah steps onto a cleansed earth like a new Adam, and his first act is worship — a grateful response to grace. Like Isaiah’s encounter in chapter 6, real worship begins when we experience God’s presence, repent of our sin, receive His forgiveness, and respond to His call. Genesis 8 reminds us that God’s final word is never wrath but renewal — He remembers, restores, and reaffirms His promise so that life, hope, and mission can begin again.
