Purpose- Discovering identity as a daughter of God. Discipling each woman in growing their gifting. Finally, to learn to execute your current season/ assignment with intentionality wisdom,

Our Purpose:
Women’s Events & Team
The purpose of the Events and Events Team is to creatively design and organize events with an engaging environment for women to connect with each other and grow in their relationships with other women and God.
Discipleship / Conferences
Discipleship encourages women to grow deeper in their relationship with God and having a firm foundation in God’s truth by getting into His Word. We gather every Friday morning for "Coffee with a Friend" 9-11:00am. Some evening studies and Conferences are announced on our church web sight or app under " Fieldview News". or on the "Life Wall" in the Lobby.
Social Media & Team/ Tech Team
The purpose of the social media team is to give the opportunity for women to receive a daily scripture/ inspiration and to stay in touch with church related events. In addition, we serve Women's Ministry events by learning video, tech, and sound booth skills to facilitate Women's Ministry events.

Our Purpose:
- To equip local church women to enrich the lives of other women through connection and friendship.
- Help women discover their God-given gifts for ministry, determine needs in their communities, and match those needs with their gifts of service.
- Lead women to accept Christ as Lord, become women of deep prayer, and become women who study the Bible and base their lives on the Word of God.
